- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- No. Every tool runs on your own machine. The app has no server component, so there is physically nowhere for your documents to go.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. ByEase File Tools has a full-featured trial, then a one-time PRO purchase that unlocks every tool permanently. No monthly fee.
- What do I need to run it?
- ByEase File Tools requires macOS 14.6 or later. The app is native on Apple Silicon.
- How do I run it straight from Finder?
- Select any files in Finder, right-click and choose "Open in ByEase". They drop straight into the queue.
- A tool is missing, or I found a bug.
- Write to byease2026@gmail.com. Most of the tools in the app started as exactly that kind of email.
